Order Processing and Fulfillment

Please allow approximately 3-5 businesses days for order processing.

Fulfillment may take 5-10 business days after processing. Our goal is to provide a healthy and quality plant. Please contact us as needed. 

Shipping:

We ship every MONDAY/TUESDAY via UPS. Be aware it is perfectly normal for leaves, flowers or fruit (if applicable) to drop during shipping. If you require a faster delivery you must reach out to us via email as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to accommodate you but we can not guarantee a faster shipping date due to varying circumstances. Due to shipping restrictions, we only ship within the USA.

*It is highly recommended to choose 2/3 day delivery.

Delivery:

We will contact via email or phone call to appoint a delivery date and time. We are currently doing our best to deliver on or before the weekends the order is placed. Please allow 3-7 days from order confirmation for delivery to be completed. 

Cancellations: 

There is a 20% restocking fee on any cancelled orders.

Refund Policy: 

If there is any substantial issues with your order, please contact us with pictures and video within 12 hours of time stamped delivery at dadeplantco@gmail.com.

Summer heat may affect the plants during shipment and Dade Plant Co. is not liable for such damages! 

Please remember these are live plants and shipping stress can occur - we pack with much care and love but broken, yellow or droopy leaves are typical when shipping live plants. Refunds will not be given for cosmetic blemishes that occur during shipping. All plants are shipped extremely well rooted so plants will recover from normal shipping stress usually around 2-3 weeks. 

We are not responsible for the care provided to the plant once it is received.

Please be aware, plants are no longer covered by insurance! 

USPS and UPS do not cover live plants unless they are shipped overnight express.

Extreme Weather:

We do not ship to locations that are experiencing freezing temperatures or locations where the plant will travel through freezing temperatures. 

We do not ship to locations that are experiencing heat waves with temperatures above 90 degrees. 

*If your package has not been received within 2 weeks (14 days) of shipping Dade Plant Co. will consider it lost and ship a replacement (or offer store credit if items are unavailable). We encourage you to consider express shipping.
